The Nature of Coaching
Coaching sessions with Michoel Goldschmidt are designed to support personal growth, emotional clarity, and practical life improvement through structured conversation and systems-based guidance. The goal is to help clients think more clearly, respond more intentionally, and develop tools they can apply in everyday situations.
Coaching is collaborative and educational in nature. It focuses on insight, reflection, and practical strategy — not diagnosis or treatment.
Coaching Is Not Therapy or Medical Care
Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Sessions do not involve clinical diagnosis, mental health treatment, or medical advice.
If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, crisis situations, or require licensed therapeutic or medical care, it is important to seek support from a qualified mental health professional or healthcare provider. Coaching may complement other forms of support but is not a substitute for them.
Personal Responsibility & Growth
Each client remains fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and well-being. Coaching offers structure, perspective, and tools — but lasting change comes from the client's own engagement and application.
Sessions are paced around the individual. Some clients move quickly; others prefer a more gradual process. The focus is on sustainable growth that fits the person rather than forced change.
Scheduling & Payment
Sessions are typically scheduled personally by email to ensure the right fit and timing. Payment confirms a reserved session time.
Because coaching time is set aside specifically for each client, payments are generally non-refundable once a session has been confirmed, except in exceptional circumstances or scheduling errors.
Confidentiality & Respect
Conversations during coaching are treated with care and discretion. While coaching is not bound by legal confidentiality standards like therapy, a respectful and private environment is central to the work.
Outcomes & Expectations
Coaching supports clarity, resilience, and structured personal development. However, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Each individual's experience depends on their goals, participation, and real-world context.
